In most occasions, your tracking link won't be working because it is not live yet. Tracking links only become live once they have been picked up by the courier and scanned into their care. So please wait up to 12hours from the moment you have received your order dispatched email before you try and use your tracking link.
After you have placed your order with us, one of the notification emails you will receive from us is an order dispatched notification. In this, your tracking link will be in there and you can track where your order is.
If you have missed your delivery, the courier who has tried to deliver your parcel will have done one of three things.
1. Left a note to say they have tried to deliver and give you instructions on what to do next.
2. Left your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
3. Taken it back to your local sorting office for you to pick up.
Every order has a tracking link - which when active, can be used to track where abouts your order is. This link can be found in your order dispatched email.
