In a few hours time, we shall be watching Manu Tuilagi and his new team, Sale, take on Harlequins at the Stoop. This fixture is the first of the resumed round 14. The full fixture list is as follows:
Worcester Warriors V Gloucester Rugby
Exeter Chiefs v Leicester Tigers
Bath Rugby v London Irish
Bristol Bears v Saracens
Northampton Saints v Wasps
Now, with all that has gone on - you can be forgiven for getting a little confused as to what is actually going on with this season. Hopefully we can clear up a little confusion.
Q. When does the Gallagher premiership start?
A. Well, its not so much starting, this is more a restart. The league is finishing the remaining fixtures. These will run until 4th October.
Q. Who is in the Premiership Final? And when is it?
A. Well, clearly we wont know who is in the final until the final fixtures have been completed. But the Semi Final is scheduled for 10th/11th October and the final being played on 24th October.
Q. How can I watch the Gallagher Premiership Fixtures?
A. Whilst you will have to do watching on TV at the time of writing - there have been recent reports that Rugby is being used as a guinea pig for the suitability of spectators actually attending the games - for all sports in the UK. Read more about that here.
With Club Rugby returning and the news that the rest of the Guinness Six Nations fixtures are to be played at the end of October - us Rugby fans have a lot to look forward too in the coming months - maybe some of 2020 can be salvaged!
