Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside of the UK may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on Absolute Rugby. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of Absolute Rugby and our delivery partners.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES
How do I check my order or delivery status?
After you have placed your order with us, one of the notification emails you will receive from us is an order dispatched notification. In this, your tracking link will be in there and you can track where your order is.
How do I track my order?
Every order has a tracking link - which when active, can be used to track where abouts your order is. This link can be found in your order dispatched email.
My tracking link doesn't work?
In most occasions, your tracking link won't be working because it is not live yet. Tracking links only become live once they have been picked up by the courier and scanned into their care. So please wait up to 12hours from the moment you have recevied your order dispatched email before you try and use your tracking link.
If I missed the delivery of my package can I book a redelivery?
If you have missed your delivery, the courier who has tried to deliver your parcel will have done one of three things.
1. Left a note to say they have tried to deliver and give you instructions on what to do next.
2. Left your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
3. Taken it back to your local sorting office for you to pick up.
Why can’t you ship my order?
There is no reason why we cannot ship your order if you have successfully placed with us. On very rare occasions there can be an issue with customs in a very select few countries - but this is very rarely the case.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
If you haven't received your order for any reason, please contact us on our live chat between 9am-5pm or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org- quoting your order number in the subject line.
How to return your order?

Welcome to Absolute Rugby and thank you for visiting us. Below you will see all you need to know about Exchanges & Returns for orders placed with us - and their terms and conditions. The Absolute Rugby warehouse is based in the United Kingdom - where all exchanges or returns must be returned to for us to process.
Our Exchanges & Returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - for for either a Refund or Exchange.
Returning your order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
