FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75.00

UK Standard - £4.50

Estimated delivery time for this service is 2-4working days. This service ia tracked service with Royal Mail and standard delivery days are Monday - Friday

UK Express Delivery - £6.50

Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-2 working days. This service is with Royal Mail 24 and standard delivery days are Monday - Friday.

UK DPD Express - £7.99

Estimated delivery time for this service is 1-2 working days. This service is with DPD and standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. You will receive a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day by email and text and have the ability to move the delivery as required.

International Tracked Deliveries - From £6.50 

Estimated delivery times for this service is 7 – 12 business day. You will be sent a tracking number once the item is dispatched and as the parcel progresses the tracking will update. The countries national carrier will take over final mile delivery and there will be a link enabled on the landmark track and trace site to enable tracking with the national carrier. 

*During busy periods e.g. Christmas, tournament times etc. dispatch times may vary.

IMPORT DUTIES

Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside of the UK may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on Absolute Rugby. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of Absolute Rugby and our delivery partners.

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
